They say, forget the past with a smiling face,
Little they know, past can be healed but one can’t erase,
Be it injured body or wounded soul,
You die a bit, do not remain whole,
But wounds are the gateway to the divine light,
Which makes you whole and forever alive,
Hold that hand which never betrays,
Look inside and you’ll find solace,
For, he’s never gone, he is not far,
He’s within you more than you yourself are!
