Cheers to the ones who have touched our hearts,
That we have met at different pages of life's book;
And have contributed to the metal we have got,
Toast to the ones who have by our side always stood!
At times, some may hurt us,
We may feel low, or may want to give up at times;
But standing firm will bring us;
To the brook that will build our lives!
We are all given a choice of freewill,
To attach or detach to a situation or person;
To be strong enough to enjoy life's cup to its fill,
And to be focused all through, so that with age we do not lose our ability to reason!
Remember the past as a pleasant lesson,
A friend, not a foe, that stops us from growing,
Always learn to be in the present, and always find a reason,
By this we will give our bit to others and be always loving!
