Darkness envelopes everywhere
Hearts are filled with despair
Hands try to feel each other
Eyes search for near and dear!
Prayers are said to no avail
Children cry- writhing in pain
With a strange numbness in every part
The soul is restless in every heart!
A ray of light suddenly emerged
And touched the heart of every sinner
Purifying it with love and truth.
Imprinting in it certain values!
Down went the sinners on their knees
With folded hands and bated breath
Awaited the voice of PEACE
To knock some sense into their head!
“Years of suffering shall come to an end
when days and nights you shall spend
doing a good for every sin
without making any din!”
A single ray of hope at last
Brought an end to the fast
Breaking the world filled with miseries
Saving everybody’s destiny!
