Sounds of streams

By Roopa Rani Bussa

Contributory Author for Spark Igniting Minds

Sounds of streams echoed in the silent aura,

I walked down the forest till the stream turned to falls,

From the heights water glides down the hill,

Deep in my heart I’m admiring the nature’s spright!

Leaves falling insects rumbling amidst the tall trees,

Curiosity in me is overwhelming to tactile the beauty,

secretive pattern of sun rays made the earth sparkle,

When Light waves on the twigs started to pierce down!

Mysterious routes cuddled every corner of woods,

I tried to make the place strongly on slippery sides,

it’s an adventure to walk on the damp tree logs,

While swagging morning squiggling light through the leaves!

Meticulously my steps drawn me on the muddy trial,

Beside the meandering stream whilst ambling,

On the rocks Flowing water ripples and trickles,

The splashes took the shape of cute white pearls!

The blue sky trying to peep into the thicker boscage,

As the abstract designs of clouds looked scintillating,

Robust energy on the nature’s lap is augmenting,

Nature’s beauty all around is mesmerizing!
